I have changed all the revision Marks on this page to LOCKED Revision Marks so that they won’t cause the program to revert the header to the current color.
When you use the Start Next Revision function, they will be removed like any other Revision Mark.
However, if you need to remove one of these Locked Revision Marks PRIOR to Starting the Next Revision, the way to do so is to:
(1) Turn on Show Format Codes by pressing Option+F3
(2) Delete the code for the locked Revision Mark
which will be displayed as “[1]”
(3) Press Option+F3 again to turn off Show Format Codes.
